BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
Bookings are confirmed once a non refundable deposit of £25 has been received and agreed via phone, message or booking system.
Deposits of 50% are required when booking larger jobs such as ceramic coating and paint corrections.
Eds-Xteriors reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerts, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients must ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed time and date.
CANCELLATIONS AND LATE NOTICE
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations made within the 24 hour period are liable to pay the full amount of the service chosen which was made when booking.
PAYMENTS
Payments is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payment.
VEHICLE CONDITION AND PRE EXISTING DAMAGE
Clients must disclose any known damage prior to us visiting.
Eds-Xteriors will photograph any pre existing damage before starting any of our services.
Eds-Xteriors is not responsible for:
Pre existing scratches, dents, or paint defects
Loose trim, badges, or poorly fitted parts
Interior damages, scratches or torn materials
Damaged or faulty radio screens
Electrical faults or mechanical issues
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients must remove all personal belongings before service.
Eds-Xteriors is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
PAINT CORRECTION AND MACHINE POLISHING DISCLAIMER
Paint correction removes a small layer of clear coat to improve appearance.
While every car is taken, results may vary depending on the condition and paint thickness.
Deep scratches, stone chips, or clear coat failure cannot be guaranteed to be removed.
Eds-Xteriors is not responsible for any underlying paint issues that become visible after correction.
CERAMIC COATING DISCLAIMER
Ceramic coatings improve gloss and protection but do not make vehicles scratch proof.
Proper maintenance is required to maintain longevity.
Warranty (if offered) is only valid if aftercare guidelines are followed.
WEATHER AND MOBILE CONDITIONS
Suitable working conditions must be provided.
Eds-Xteriors may reschedule if weather conditions prevent safe working conditions.
LIABILITY
Eds-Xteriors liability is limited to the value of service we have provided.
We are fully insured, however claims must be reported immediately.
Eds-Xteriors is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Eds-Xteriors reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is
